Hi,
We created a radio button on the Call Closure window, SQL table CALCLOS_HDW which created a column called Self Help.
After some problems over the week-end we are getting an error message: "CALCLOS [S0022][Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Invalid column name 'SELFHELP_HDW'. when we try to close a call.
The column is no longer there, but if we re-create it, we get these errors: "CALL [21S01][Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Insert Error: Column name or number of supplied values does not match the table definition."
followed by: "No text for this error. File: CALL"
We have tried deleting and re-creating the radio button but that hasn't worked. Any ideas?
